Reiki Levels I and II
Reiki I and II are taught together as an intensive one-day course. The classes cover all material presented in the manuals, including:
- Reiki hand positions
- Complete treatment for self and others
- Reiki II symbols and how to use them
- Using Reiki for specific conditions
- Receiving the First and Second Degree Attunements
- Supervised practice time: giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment using the hand positions
- Meditation experience for meeting your spiritual guide
- Learning how to send Reiki energy from a distance (Absentee symbol)
